RESOLUTION DECLARING PERSONAL RESOLUTION No. 15-o -CC
PROPERTY SUI2PLUS FOR DISPOSITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County Commissioners has the
authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is surplus to the needs of the county;and
WHEREAS,the Grant County Sheriff s Office owns the following equipment:

WHEREAS,the Grant County Sheriff's Office has determined that these items are no longer operative or
needed;and '
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners declare such items to be surplus to the needs of the county;and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County Commissioners
declare as surplus the above named items.
