Resolution No. 15-005-CC in the matter of amending the 2015 Annual Road Construction Program. (Approved) 2. Resolution No. 15-006-CC in the matter of initiating County Road Project designated as CRP No. 15-08 for Road U-SE to resurface existing BST pavement with a hot mix asphalt overlay from 12- SE (Adams County Line)to the Warden City Limits. Project is 3.28 miles long. (Approved) 3, Resolufion No. 15-007�CC in the matter of Initiating County Road Project designated as CRP No, 15-09 for the 2015 Safety project of various County Roads and install recessed pavement marl<ers, rumble strips, and flashing stop signs, (Approved) 4. Resolution No. 15-009-CC in the matter of Initiating County Road Project designated as CRP Na. 15-10 for the 2015 Guardrail project for various County Roads to evaluate existing guardrail locations on various road around the county and collect safety data for future use. (Approved) 5. Resolution No. 15�008-CC in the matter of Initiating County Road Project designated as CRP No. , 15-11 for the 2015 Sign project for various County Roads to install horizontal curve signs, (Approved) 6. Interlocal Agreement between Grant County, by and through Grant County Public Works and the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District(MLIRD)for the necessary and preliminary engineering, design, surveying and contract administration for the construction of a new dam on Sand Dunes Road, Road Log#21590. CRP 14-11 has been established for this project. The County will reimburse the MLIRD up to$600,000.00. The construction shall be completed on or before December 31, 2015. (Approved) 7, Resolution No. 15-010-CC authorizing Execution of Intergovernmental Agreement between Grant County, by and through Grant County Public Works, and the Moses Lal<e Irrigation and Rehabilitation District(MLIRD)for the construction of a dam along Sand Dunes Road (CRP 14- , 11). In attendance were � Commissioners Stevens, Carter, Swartz, and Garth Dano, Prosecuting Attorney. Commissioner Stevens closed the session at 2:42 p.m. � 3:00 p.m.—3:15 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 7) A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Swartz,to approve items 1 through 7 on the Consent Agenda as presented.
