Items 2 through 4, 7 and 8 did not arrive for signature. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Execution of Intergovernmental Agreement between Grant County and Douglas County for joint utilization of purchase agreements and jointly bidding for the acquisition of goods and services(ASC Action Item#3, below), (Did not arrive for signature) 3. In attendance were Commissioners Stevens, Carter, Swartz, Garth Dano, Prosecuting Attorney,June Strickler,Administrative Services Coordinator, and Darryl Pheasant,Treasurer. In attendance were Commissioners Stevens, Carter, Swartz, Garth Dano, Prosecuting Attorney and Kaye Burns, Administrative Assistant. Commissioner Stevens closed the session at 2:43 p,m. 3:00 p,m,—3:15 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 6) A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Swartz,to approve items 1 through 6 on the Consent Agenda as presented.
