WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34A10, the Grant County Board of County Commissioners j
has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is surplus to the needs
of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office, owns a Survival Armor ballistic vest (SN:
218851); and
WHEREAS, this vest was purchased and custom fit to Deputy Jaret Fulbright,who has recently I
submitted his resignation and accepted a similar position as a deputy with the I�ouglas County Sheriff's
Office; and

WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of i
County Commissioners declare such trailer to be surplus to the needs of the county; and '
WHER�AS, subsequent to the declaration of such vest as surplus property, it is the desire of the
Grant County Sheriff s Office that ownership of the vest be transferred to Deputy Fulbright for his use at
the Douglas County Sheriff's Of�ce.

Commissioners declare as surplus the above named Sutwival Armor ballistic vest, and that all right title I
and interest in such vest be conveyed to Deputy Jaret Fulbright. 'I
