RESOLUTION DECLARING PERSOT�TAL RESOLUTION No. 14- � -CC
PROPERTYSURPLUS
W�IEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal propel�ty owned by the
county is surpllxs to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds has the following pieces of equipment:
• Bush Hog Gang Mower, Model#TDM-11, Serial #12-00247
• Bush Hog Gang Mower, Model #TD-1500, Serial # 12-01020
• Jacobsen Lawn Sweeper, Model#154,No visible serial number
• Snow Blade (Older Model—Does not fit any County Vehicle) County ID# 3450
WHEREAS,the Grant County Fairgrounds has determined that these items are no longer
usable due to vandalism, and damage from years of exposure to the elements; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds has requested that the Grant County Board
of County Commissioners declare these items to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED TI�AT the Board of County
Commissioners declares as surplus the above named items.
