CHELAN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Five County Joint Resolution
Re: The Appointment of Trustee to the
North Central Regional Library�Board of Trustees
WHEREAS, on April 30, 2014, there will be a vacancy for Chelan County on the Board of
Trustees of the North Central Regional Library; and
WHEREAS, Dana Schmidt has eYpressed her willingness to serve the citizens of Chelan County
on the NCR Library Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, the Chelan County Board of Commissioners has expressed confidence in the ability
and qualifications of Dana Schmidt to represent Chelan County on the Board of Trustees of the
North Central Regional Library;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Chelan County Board of
Commissioners appoints Dana Schmidt to represent Chelan County on the Board of Trustees of
the North Central Regional Library comprised of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Ferry, and Okanogan
Counties; said seven (7) year term to expire December 31, 2021.
