IN THE MATTER OF A RESOLUTION No. 14- D�2--CC
SINGLE SOURCE SUPPLY
WHERAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 36.32.270 and RCW 39.04.280 allow
Counties to waive competitive bidding requirement for purchases which are limited to a single source of
supply; and '
WHERAS, Grant County desires to use KwikBond polyester polymer concrete as an
alternative to a HMA overlay with a ded<sealing membrane; and
WHERAS, based on the attached letter, Kwil<Bond Polymers, Inc. is the only company
allowed to distribute this product nationally.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant '
County Washington,that competitive bidding and negotiation will be waived for the following purchase: ��,
