(After review,the Board voted to Deny the Processing portion as it is located within a RR3 zone where processing is not allowed;approve the Producer Tier 2; and approve the applicant) 6, New liquor license application for SHOC-Strengthening the Heart of our Community, 3430 11tn Rd SW, Royal City, WA 99357. (Approved) HUMAN RESOURCES 7. Personnel Action Request(PAR)for the salary and/or wage changes for Sandi Duffey, Emergency Management. (Approved) 9:30 a.m.—9:50 a.m. D Lee, Prosecuting Attorney's Office Update Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) Commissioner Swartz called an Executive Session to order at 9:47 a.m. to go until 9:52 a.m.to discuss with legal counsel representing fihe agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation. In attendance were Commissioners Stevens, Carter, Swartz, D. Angus Lee, Prosecuting Attorney, and Lee Pence, Civil Deputy Attorney, Commissioner Swartz closed the session at 9:52 a.m. ' 10:00 a.m.—10:20 a.m, J Tincher, Public Works Update 1. Resolution No. 14-042-CC In the Matter of Single Source Supply/RCW 36.32.270 and RCW 39.04.280 allow Counties to waive competitive bidding requirement for purchases which are limited to a single source of supply. Grant County Public Works desires to use KwikBond polyester concrete as an alternative to HMA overlay w/deck sealing membrane. The only company that distributes this product is Kwil<Bond Polymers, Inc. of Vancouver,WA.
