RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 14- ��CC
GRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
�EARCH AND RESCUE UNIT
HOVERCRAFT
WH�REAS,The Grant County Sheriff s Office Search and Rescue(SAR)Unit was given a
2005 Hovercraft SCAT(VIN# 1H9FS161501135279); and
WHEREAS,The Sheriff s Office SAR has determined that this Hovercraft does not suit the
i needs of the unit; and
� ,
WHEREAS,The Sheriff's Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus this Hovercraft;
WHEREAS,It is the intent of the Sheriff's Office to place this unit up for auction on their
current on-line auction site(propertyroom.com) and deposit the proceeds in the SAR account.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOL�ED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners declares as surplus the above named Hovercraft.
