WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff's Office owns 5 -Radar Speed Measuring Devices and 1 -
Lidar Speed Measuring Device(see attached Serial Numbers);
WHEREAS,The Sheriff's Office has determined that these devices no longer meet the needs of
, the County;
WHEREAS,The Sheriff s Of�ce is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
�,
surplus these Speed Measuring Devices;
�
WHER�AS,It is the intent of the Sheriff's Office to have these devices used for parts and have
them available to smaller agencies that may not be able to afford newer units.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HERCBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus 6�peed 10'Ieasuring Devices with the intent to have them used for
parts and/or given to smaller agencies for usage. ,
