BOCC Action I I A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Swartz,to approve items 1 � through 10 on the ASC Agenda as presented, Item 11 was not ready for signature. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance, 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) i 2. Authorization for release of BOCC approved Funds (through Resolution No. 13-010-CC)on SIP #2013-01, City of Warden, Water System Improvement, Phase II, in the amount of a $400,000 grant to the City and the 2.5%Administrative Fee of the total project funding to the Grant � County Economic Development Council in the amount of$10,000. (Approved) � 3, Coniract between Grant County and Cost Less Carpet of Moses Lake, Inc., for the WSU Extension � (Moses Lake) Carpet Installation Project#FM14102. (Approved) � 4. Resolution No. 14-051-CC Authorizing Execution of Intergovernmental Agreement with Moses � Lake School District#161 and Grant Integrated Services (GrIS) for the purpose of permitting GrIS I to provide counseling services to District students pursuant to the terms and conditions of the agreement entered into between the parties. (Approved) 5. Resolution No. 14-052-CC Authorizing Execution of Intergovernmental Agreement with Moses ' � Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District and Grant County for the purpose of proceeding with a � combined foreclosure for all property taxes, irrigation assessments, and all costs and interest i owing to both entities and for the purposes exclusive to the Interlocal agreement and chapters i 87.03,87.06, and 87.84 RCW, permitting the Grant County Treasurer to serve as the ex officio � treasurerofthe MLIRD, (Approved) 6. Strategic Infrastructure Program Fund#113, Department#155 in the amount of $155,495,00 for SIP Project#2014-02 Grant County Airport District#1 (Desert Aire) , —Widening of Desert Aire Airport Runway. 2, CDBG Public Services Grant Fund#190, Department#001 in the amount of ' $64,535.00 for the next funding cycle between Grant County and the Washington i State Department of Commerce Grant No. 14-65400-005, administered through the OIC of-Wash�irrgt�n. 3. Consolidated Homeless Grant Fund#190, Department#001 in the amount of 209 750.00 to cover the next fundin $ , g cycle between Grant County and the j Washington State Department of Commerce Grant No. 14-46108-10, administered through the Housing Authority of Grant County. Jeff Tincher discussed the project. Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing.
