RESOLUTION IN RE: STRATEGIC RESOLUTION No. 14- � -CC
I1�iFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE
' RECOMM�NDATION FOR FUNDING
WHEREAS,The Grant County(County)Board of County Commissioners(BOCC)approved a Strategic
Infrastructure Program Prioritization Process; and
WHEREAS,the BOCC found it in the best interests of the County to set up a committee to facilitate local
coordination and communication;and
WHEREAS,the Strategic Infrastructure Program(SIP)Committee(Committee)has submitted
recommendations for funding; and
WHEREAS,the BOCC has reviewed recommendation(s)submitted by the Committee;
, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COM1dIISSIONERS ACTED ON THE SIP ADVISORY COMMITTEE FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS
AS FOLLOWS:
Grant County Airport District#1 (Desert Aire) 2014-04
Widening of the Desert Air Airport Runway $52,000 Loan
Grant County Port District#10(Moses Lalce) 2014-OS
Wide-Body Hangar Infrastructure Project $200,000 Grant
City of Quincy 2014-07
Industrial Sewer System Installation $160,000 Grant
NOW,TH�REFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS ACTED AGAINST THE SIP ADVISORY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO
DENY FUNDING�3AS FOLLOWS:

Main Avenue Improvements $31,000 Grant
These funds shall be utilized within one year of award or returned to the fund for use by other recipients.
