RESOLUTION I)ECLARING PERSONAL RESOLUTION IVo. 13- 0�>>CC
PROPERTY SURPLUS FOR SALE AND
DISPOSITION TO GOVERNMENTAL
AGENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has authority to determine whether real or personal property owned by the ,
county is suiplus to the needs of the county; and '
WHEREAS, pursuant to the RCW 36.34.130, the Grant County Board of County '
Commissioners ma i '
y d spose of county property to another governmental agency upon such ,
terms as may be agreed upon and for such consideration as may be deemed by the Board of ',
County Commissioners to be adequate; and I
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds is the current owner of one Advance 32LX '
Floor Scrubber, Serial No.1257233. The Grant County Fairgrounds has determined that the Floor
Scrubber is no longer suitable to the needs of the Grant County Fairgrounds; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds has requested that the Grant County Board
of Commissioners declare such Advance 32LX F1oor Scrubber to be surplus to the needs of the ;
county; and �
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such Advance 32LX Floor Scrubber, as
surplus property, it is the desire of the Grant County Fairgrounds that ownership of the Advance
32LX Floor Scrubber be conveyed and otharwise sold to another governmental agency, the City �
of Moses Lalce, for usa and/or other disposition at their discretion; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.050, the Grant County Board of Commissioners
has, according to available information used to determine fair marlcet value, set a minimum sale
price on Floor Scrubber in the amount of$2,000.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declares as surplus the above named Advance 32 LX Floor Scrubber, Serial No.
1257233 and that all right title and interest in such Advance 32LX Floor Scrubber be conveyed
and otherwise sold to another governmental agency, the City of Moses Lake, for use and/or other
disposition at their discretion.
