RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 13-D 3?CC
GRANT COUNTY SH�RIFF'S OI+FICE
KUSTOM TROOP�R RADAR UNITS !

WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff's Of�ce owns 5-Kustom Trooper Radar Units (S/N;
KK37917,KK38303,KK37229,KK37934,and KK35657); and i
WHEItEAS,The Sheriff's Office has determined that these radar units are no longer needed or �
used by their Office; and

WHEREAS,It is the intent of the Sheriff's Office to turn ownership of 2 of the Radar Units to '
the Mattawa Police Department and 3 of the Radar Units to the Soap Lake Police Department; and
WHEREAS,The Sheriff's Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus the 5 Radar Units. ;

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as�urplus the above named Kustom �rooper Radar Unfts�ith the intent as
listed above. ;
