BOCC Action A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Carter,to approve items 1 through 5 on the ASC Agenda as presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 1. BOCC action on recommendations from the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP)Advisory � Committee regarding funding requests on the following projects: (7he Commissioners approved all 3 recommendations) a. SIP#2013-03 Port of Mattawa (Grant County Port District#3) Commercial Water System � Extension: $200,000.00 Grant and a $200,000.00-0%interest loan to be repaid over 5 � years. b. SIP#2013-04 City of Soap Lake 2013 Tourism Enhancements: Improvement of parking �� lot and upgrade of the city's existing RV pads. The committee voted to deny this ; funding application. i c, SIP#2013-05 Port of Grand Coulee (Grant County Port District#7) 2013 Airport j Improvement, Snow Plow Equipment Shelter Building including Engineering: $6,671.00 I Grant. 2. Working Agreement by and between Grant County,Teamsters Local Union No. 760 Teamsters, Food Processing Employees, Public Employees,Warehousemen and Helpers, and the Grant County Sheriff's Office Support Staff, Term is January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.7 i 3. Vendor Agreement between Grant County and Moses Lake Community Health from July 1, 2013 1 through June 30, 2014. (Approved) � 4. County Program Agreement—Community Residential Services (No. 1363-80163) between the � Washington State Social and Health Services and Grant Integrated Services- Division of Developmental Disabilities. Term is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. (Approved) � 5. Memorandum of Agreement Appendix A-Revised between the Grant County and the + Washington State University Extension for a new agreement total of$114,658.00.
