ORDINANCE 10.38.030
PROHIBITING COMPRESSION
BREAKS ON 5 NW AKA WHITE NOTICE OF HEARING
TRAIL RD, ROADLOG 93010
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has authority
described in RCWs 46.61, 47.36; and WAC 468-95-017; and as outlined in the MANUAL FOR
UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES, Chapter 2B `Regulatory Signs';
WHEREAS Grant County has an Ordinance Code Chapter 10.38.030 `Use of Compression
Brakes Prohibited';
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be
given to amending a portion of Ordinance 10.38.030 to include the following area:

Legal description: That portion of County Road and Right-of-Way known as ,
5-NW ROAD, AKA WHITE TRAIL RD, ROADLOG 93010 FROM Mileposts 14.07 to 14.77; I
AND as shown on Attached Exhibit A, j

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be held in the Hearing Room j

of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County
�
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:15 PM, on Tuesday, the 20th day of August, 2013. i
