�'H�REAS, Grant County Economic Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Fund# ll3, �
Departrxient#155 does not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to malce all necessary '
expenditures:

WHEREAS,these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing �
the 2013 budget; and �
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
W�IEREAS, on the 12th day of August, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEI2EFORE, BE IT�IEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BO�.RD OF
COUI�TY COMMISSIONERS OF G1aANT COUNTY, STAT'E OF WASHINGTON,that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of$406,671.00 to be allocated to the 2013 budget
according to the following schedule o�categories and items:
