IN SECTIONS 32 AND 33 OF Order Granting Vacation
T18N R24E.W.M
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, were petitioned
to vacate portions of certain County road easement described as follows;
Legal description:
A CERTAIN COUNTY RIGHT-OI'-WAY KNOWN AS P SW IN SECTIONS 32 AND 33 OF
T18N R24E.W.M, GRANT COUNTY
AND as shown on Attached Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the report for vacation and abandonment was published in the
County official newspaper at least once a week for two consecutive weeks preceding the date fixed
for the hearing, and a copy of said notice was posted for at least twenty days preceding the date fixed
for hearing at each termini of the county road or portion thereof to be uacated or abandoned; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did consider the report given by the County �

Road Engineer, together with any evidence for or objection against said vacation and abandonment; �

. ,WHEREAS, the above described County road and right-of-way is ,not useful as part of the .
County road system and the public will be benefitted by the vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners vacates and
abandons all interest in the County road easement as d�scribed above; EXCEPT an existing easement
outside the vacated right-of-way to accommodate existing power lines, communications lines and other
franchised and/or permitted public and private utilities.
