Amendment 5 to Grant Agreement No. G1200053 between Grant County and the Washington State Department of Ecology. The amendment formally adds Fiscal Year 14 ' funds in the amount of$72,000.00 to the grant. (Approved) � 3. Services Agreement between Grant County and The DOH Associates, P.S.for consultation � and/or predesign of tenant improvements and renovation to the upper two floors of the � County's commercial building located at 260 W. As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of$160,741.14, $1,349,634.14, and $713,141.85, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant County Payroll Authorization form for the September 10, 2013 payroll. TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24,2013 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all the Commissioners in attendance. 9:00 a.m.—9:20 a.m. T Gaines, Facilities and Maintenance Update I 9:30 a.m.—9;40 a.m. Open Record Public Hearing, Interfund Insurance Premium/Recovery I Budget Extension The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension request from the Administrative Services Coordinator in the amount of$50,000.00 for the Interfund Insurance Premium/Recovery Fund#503 to cover insurance premium adjustments. Commissioner Swartz moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner � Stevens seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Stevens moved approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
