RESOLUTION REGARDING REMOVAL AND/OR APPLICATION
OF HYPERLINKS WITHIN THE GRANT COUNTY CODE

WHEREAS, pursuant to chapter 36.32 RCW, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners (BOCC) has authority to make and enforce, by appropriate resolutions or
ordinances, all such police and sanitary regulations as are not in conflict with state law; and
WHEItEAS, inadvertent, non-substantive hyperlinks were unilaterally inserted by the
code reviser throughout various portions of the Grant County Code as more specifically set forth
in Exhibit"A", the same attached hereto and fully incorporated herein; and �
VVHEREAS, a designated hyperlink within a portion of the Grant County Code failed to
implement reference to a corresponding provision, as more specifically set forth in Exhibit "A",
the same attached hereto and fully incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the BOCC that inadvertent, non-substantive hyperlinks be
removed from the Grant County Code, and that the designated hyperlink appropriately refer to
the corresponding provisions; and �,
WHEREAS, it is also in the best interests of the citizens public to have such hyperlinks
removed and/or implemented for purposes of reference within the Grant County Code.
NOW, THEREI'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, does approve, pursuant to authority referenced herein, removal of inadvertent, �
non-substantive hyperlinks and/or implementation of the designated hyperlink to the
corresponding provision as more specifically set forth in Exhibit "A". i
FURTHER, PROVIDED: If any provision contained within this resolution, or its '
application to any person, party or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this resolution �i
or the application of provisions to other persons, parties or circumstances, shall not be affected.
