RESOLUTION IN RE: STRATEGIC RESOLUT'ION le1o. 13- ��-CC
I1�TFRASTRUCTURE COlVIMITTEE I
RECOMMENDATION FOR FUNDING
WHEREAS, The Grant County (County) Board of County Commissioners (BOCC)
approved a Strategic Infrastructure Program Prioritization Process; and "
WHEREAS, the BOCC found it in the best interests of the County to set up a committee
to facilitate local coordination and communication; and �
WHEREAS, the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Committee (Committee)has
submitted recommendations for funding; and
WHEIaEAS, the BOCC has reviewed recommendation(s) submitted by the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEI) THAT THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMIVIISSIONERS ACTED ON THE SIP?.DVISOItY COMMITTEE
FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS AS FOLLOWS:
City of George and Port of Quincy (GC Port I)ist. #1) 2013�06
Industrial Park#5 Water System Improvements, Phase I $50,000 Grant
Port of Royal Slope (GC Port Dist. #2) 2013-07
Water Line Extension to Hiawatha Industrial Park TO MODIFY:
$160,000 Grant
$100,000 Loan
These funds shall be utilized within one year of award or returned to the fund for use by
other recipiants.
