IN THE MATTER OF USING PATHS AND TRAILS ,'

FUNDS FOR INCREASED CONSTRUCTION COSTS

WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that the County
I
Road Engineer desires to increase the construction budget for 2013 from the County Road Fund, Fund 101, for ,
the construction of various projects. �
I
I
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase County Road Budget for the purpose of public bid construction ,
costs in the amount of $142,000.00 dollars from the Paths & Trails Fund, Fund 103, budget for 2013. �
I
WHEREAS, there is no expenditure of funds not previously budgeted but a transfer pursuant to RCW �
I
36.40.100 and County and State auditing procedures. ,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant I
County, WA, that the following funds are authorized for expenditure: �
