Commissioner Carter closed the session at 2:58 p.m. 3:00 p.m.—3:15 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 10) A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz,to approve items 1 through 3,5 through 9 on the Consent Agenda as presented. Item 4 is being held and re-advertised because the News Release was not put in the newspaper; Item 5—withdrawing invoice in the amount of $5,130.25 as it was sent to us in error; and item 10 was denied as it was determined that it was not needed. Budget transfer request from the Civil Service Commission in the amount of$4,542.00 to cover the wages and benefits for the Chief Examiner through the end of 2013. This transfer is replacing a previously requested budget extension that was deemed unnecessary. (Approved) � 4. Appointment of board member to the Grant County Weed District#3. Application was received from Sam Krautscheid. (It was found that the news release was never published into the Quincy Valley Post Register. It was decided to re-advertise the news release.) �, 5. Multi Agency Communications Center(MACC) request for payment of Batch 01-12 in the � amount of$5,130.25; and Batch 01-13 in the amount of$64,372.06 using Bond Funding.
