BOCC Action A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stevens,to approve items 1 through 5 on the ASC Agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. Anticipating: Contract renewal application to the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) by Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated Services' New Hope, on DSHS Contract#1263-53307 in the amount of$278,623. Term is July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. (Approved) 3. Grant County Economic Development Council 2014 Municipal Services Agreement with Grant County in the amount of$40,000 for improved coordination of federal, state, local and other program services and actions affecting the local economy by facilitating the planning, development and sponsorship of educational workshops and seminars, in addition to the provision of consultation and assistance as necessary in developing proposals for prospective commercial and industrial clients(as able). Term is March 24, 2014 through December 31, 2014. (Approved) 4. Grant County Request for Reimbursement No, 7 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 13- 65400-005 for the month of February7, 2014,with the Department of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$15,936.48. (Approved) 5. CDBG Public Services Grant#13-65400-005 Grant County General Program Administration record for July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 for$3,000 Grant Administration Fee out of the grant's Budget Category 21A, General Administration. The Fairgrounds was awarded a grant from the Washington State Department of Agriculture in the amount of$50,000.00, making the total cost of the replacement$150,000.00. (1°his item is being placed on hold for further review.) 9. Request to purchase 2 computers in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 that were approved in their 2014 Capital Outlay budget.
