RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, is a duly organized and existing municipal
corporation operating under and by virtue of the Constitution and the laws of the State of
Wlshington; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Unified Development Code (UDC), Section 25,01.110,
empowers the Board of County Commissioners to adopt, by resolution, a schedule of fees required
of permit applic�nts for the review of variaus permits related to the UDC; and
WHEREAS, the ZQ06 Valuation Schedule for the Grant County Building Department was
set pursuant to Resolution No. 06-192-CC; and
WHEREA�, the Valuation Schedule for the Grant County Building Department was
thereafter amended in 2007 pursuant to Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Valuation Schedule for the Grant County Building Department was
thereafter amended in 2009 pursuant to Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is the best interests of the public to amend the Valu�tion Schedule for the
Grant County Building Departinent to reflect as follows:
Occupancy Group / Type of Structure, 5-1,2 Storage, Utility/Accessory/Ag, shall
include the follow item in addition to all other provisions;
Agricultural Storage Open (membrane and curved steel typa structures
$15,00 (value per square foot)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED THAT THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS adopt this Resolution,
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT INCORPORATED. The Valuation Schedule for the Gr1nt
Caunty Building Department shall be amended as set forth above.

SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY, If 1ny provision contained within this Resolution, or its
�pplication to 1ny person, p�rty or circumstance is held invalid, the rem�inder of this Resolution or
the applic�ttion of provisions to other persons, p�rties or circumstance, shall not be affected.
SE TION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This resolution shall take effect thed���' %day of
