BOCC Action A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1 through 5 on the ASC Agenda as presented below. Item 6 did not arrive for signature. (Approved) Services Agreement between Grant Counky, by and through Grant County Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC) and the Boys and Girls Club of the Columbia Basin, Inc. for the provision of one ,year of the Srnart Leaders program (Guiding Good Choices) to youth who reside in Grant County for five session cycles and one prevention event for a target population of youth. (Approved) Anticipatingr Technical Assistance and Services Agreement between Urant County, by and through Grant County Technology Services, and the Grant County Health District for consultation regarding software and/or hardware performance and protocol and/or other services as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties. (Did not arrive for signature) Commissioners Office Safety Meeting Citizen Public Gomment Period Warren Morgan came to discuss a piece of property currently owned by Grant County that he would like to see surplused. The property is entirely surrounded by his farm and was accidentally left out of a previous Road Vacation back in i993• COMNiI�SIOleTERS' A.PRIL 2�, 2oii MINUTES Page 2 of � It was discovered recently when the Grant County PUD wanted to put an easement on this property and found out that Mr. Morgan did not own the property, Grant County did. An appraisal has been completed by Pacific Appraisals and it has been valued at $i,800.00. The PUD at one time was interested in putting an easement on this property. He has not been contacted by them in approximately i8 months. He does not have a problem with the PUD putting an easement on this property. He does not want the County to reserve any type of easement on the properiy. The Commissioners told him that a Resolution declaring this property surplus should be on the May g, 2o1i Consent Agenda for approval. After receiving quotes for the Rodeo Office roofing project, the Fairgi•ounds Director recommends purchasing the materials from Ziggy's in the amount of $2,638.86 including tax. The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Grant County Board of Health Audit Committee certification of inerchandise and services specified on vouchers totaling $2i,199•84• TUESDAY.
