RESOLUTION- Grant County Levies for I2ESOLUTION No. 2011- ��`a`-CC
2011 taxes
ON this 29th day of March, 2011, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington, providing for the assessment of taxes in the State of
Washington, do hereby levy a tax on all taxable property in Grant County, and the taxable property
within the various taxing districts, as shown by the Assessment rolls of said county, said being for the
purpose of defraying the State, County, Road, Municipal, Hospital, Fire District, Cemetery Districts
and other Expenses; and
WHEREAS, the amount so levied for the State purposes as determined by the State Board of
Equalization has been certified to the County Assessor by the Auditor of the State of Washington;
and
WHEREAS, the Director, Supervisors and Commissioners of various School Districts, Port
Districts and other Districts and Municipalities have been certified to the County Assessor for the
amounts needed to meet the expenses for the year 2011; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary in some districts that a tax be levied to pay interest on bonds,
and create a sinlcing fund for the purpose of paying indebtedness,
NOW, THEI2EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT all members concurring, that
for the purposes of raising revenue for the State, County, Road and other purposes, thereby and
hereby is levied on all taxable property in the County of Grant, taxes sufficient to raise the following
amounts found on the attached.
