RESOLUTION 1�10. 11- � � � CC
WHEREAS, the following Grant County funds do not have an adequate level of budget
appropriation to malce all necessary expenditures:
1. Sheriff's Office Fund #6,674.00, Department # 151 in the amount of $6,674.00 to purchase a
Copy Machine for their INET office. Funds being used are assets seized and forfeited as
proceeds of drug sales; and
2. Grant County Veterans Assistance Fund #104, Department #15,000.00 in the amount of
$15,000.00 due to an increase in claims and to be able to increase the Veterans yearly household
cap amount to $750.00. F'unds will be increased using their reserve account.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2011 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of March, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFOIaE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRA1V�' COUNTY, STATE OF �VASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $21,674.00 to be allocated to the 2011 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
