VVHEREAS, the Housing Authority of Grant County DCT�DJHUD Block Grant k'und
#190, Department #001 does not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to malce all
necessary expenditures:
WI��1tCAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2011 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of March, 2011 at 9:30 a.m., a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners ` Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUI�ITY, STATE OF WASHI1vGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $60,000.00 to be allocated to the 2011 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
