Home My WebLink AboutResolution 14-008-CC BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County,Washington ItESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2009 RESOLUTION No. 14- ��-CC VALUATION SCHEDULE SETTING FEES FOR BUILDING,PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,AND GRADING PERMITS WHEREAS,Resolution No. 09-097-CC set the 2009 Valuation Schedule and fees for the Grant County Building Department; and ' WHEREAS, it is the desire of tlie County to�mend these fees to reflect current market value; and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held an open public hearing on February 10, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. to take public comment; and SECTION 1 -VALUATIONS For Building Permit Purposes,valuation for buildings and structures shall be established as prescribed in Section 14.04.050, subparagraph 7 of the Grant County code and shall be per the attached schedule entitled Grant County Building Department February 2014 Valuation Schedule. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the valuations and fees established and adopted hereby shall take effect and be in full force on March 1,2014 from and after the date of its final passage.
