As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reirnbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $365�575•g3� $1,620.95, $i,123•29, $619,600.48, and $148,320.�0, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. Commissioner Stevens signed a"For Hire / Limousine Addendum" for Martha A. Flores, Cymabo Taxi, stating that this local jurisdiction does not regulate for hire operators. (Approved) The Grant County Mosquito Control District #i submitted g names for consideration for the 1- open position in Commissioner District #2, Board of Trustees: a. Marilyn Meseberg b. John Jensen c. Tom Dent The Commissioners unanimously voted to appofnt Marilyn Meseberg to sit on this Board Request from the Central Safety Committee Chair to extend the monthly meetings from 6o minutes to 90 minutes as more time is needed to complete root cause analysis on reported employee injuries and accidents. (Approved) Recommendation frorn the Grant County Security Committee to enact a County Policy for the following: a. Secure all exterior doors of the Law & Justice Building with keyed locks and create a single point of entry at the breeze way connection to the Courthouse Annex(Approved); and b. Make it mandatory for all County employees to wear their security badges issued to them for identification. (Approved) The Security Committee will be working with Human Resources to draft this policy. The HR Director recommends approval to Re-Classify, Rename and Re-band the Accounting Assistant to a Payroll Analyst, Band � and to re-classify and rename the Enrollment and Accounting Clerk to an Accounts Payable Specialist Position. The director does no recommend the re-banding of the Enrollment and Accounting Clerle position at this time. (Approved) Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding the Clerk's Office request for an exception to the hiring freeze to hire a Deputy Clerk II position due to a recent separation.
