The motion passed unanimously. i. 2. 3• � 5• MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Anticipating: Agreement between Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated Services - Mental Health, with GeoEngineers for special inspection and testing services during construction of the planned Grant County Mental Health Boarding Home located in Moses Lalce, Washington. (Did not arrive) Anticipating: Special Counsel Contract between Grant County and Graham & Dunn, P.C. (Judy Endejan) to perform and render legal assistarice and advice relative to the Washington State Public Records Act and/or Best Settlement Agreement Materials. Term is January i, 2oii through December gi, 2012. (Did not arrive) Extension of Contract: 2006 — 2oio Grant County Fair and Davis Shows NW Agreement between Grant County, by and through the Grant County Fair Association, and Davis Shows NW. Extension begins immediately and will end on December 3i, zoi1. (Approved) Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 5 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. �o-64ioo-oo2 with the Department of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington in the amount of $482.04; with Grant County's administration reimbursement request for January 2oio to January 2oi1 in the amount of $3�541•44� the total requested amount is $4,o2g.48. (Approved) Contract, with addendum, between Grant County and H&H Steel Buildings, LLC, for the completion of a replacement building at the Grant County Historical Museum. (Approved) As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $328,i57.63, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Worlcs County Payroll Salary Fund for February 25, 2011.
