The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. Contract between Grant County and 3 Kings Environmental, Inc.for asbestos abatement of ', the unoccupied building located at 264 W. Division Street in Ephrata, aka the "Whitaker � Building". Term is March 3, 2014 to May 12, 2014. (Approved� � 3. Grant County Request for Reimbursement#6 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 13-65400- ; 005 for the month of lanuary, 2014,with the Department of Commerce and administered I through the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$13,008.59. (Approved) I i 9:30 a,m.—9;50 a.m. D Firebaugh, County Card Usage-Credit/Debit � � 10:00 a.m. — 10:15 a.m. Commissioners Office Safety Meeting , 10:30 a.m. —10:45 a.m. Citizen Public Comment Period i Sam Schneider,Soap Lake, came today to discuss the new State ATV laws and if Grant County is I going to implement them here. The new law states that ATV's can drive on certain County roads i at 35mph, if approved by the county's Legislative Authority. 7he Commissioners have stated ; they have not addressed this here as of yet. Mr. Schneider said that Okanogan County j implemented ATV use on most county roads. He would like to see ATV use on rural roads that � can be traveled at 35rnph and under. The Commissioners stated he is the first resident of Grant County who has brought this issue to the Commissioners for consideration. They will discuss ; this with the Public Works Department. Adoption of Annual County Inventory, per RCW 36,32,210 The Auditor's Office—Accounting Department presented the Grant County Capital Asset report ' for adoption by the County Commissioners on the first Monday in March, per RCW 36.32.210. They stated that not all of the Offices/Departments have turned their inventory in as of the due date.
