IN THE MATTER OF INITIATING COUNTY ROAD I D' -(✓�
PROJECT DESIGNATED AS CRP NO. 10_01 Resolution No.
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Road R -NE, State Road Log No. 95037 from milepost
16_05 to milepost 21_10 be improved as follows:
This project will reconstruct and widen the existing roadway from approximately 21-22 feet wide
to a new finished Class "A" BST width of 28 feet and replace bridge #105 and #135 with culvert
pipes. The project starts at 36- NE Road and ends at SR 2 and is 5.02 miles long.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030,
36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
