Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. Request for Reimbursement #6 on Dept. of Commerce Grant No. 10- 46111-6o8, Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re -housing (HPRP) in the amount of $2749o.65. (Approved) 3. Request for Reimbursement #6 on Dept. of Commerce Grant No. o8 - 461o8 -Sol, Homeless Grant Assistance Program (HGAP) in the amount of S12,570.66. (Approved) 4. Department of Commerce CDBG American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2oog Certification as to iron, steel, and manufactured goods on the project having been produced in the United States for Reimbursement #3 to Contract No. o8-F96u9- 003, Grant County Fire District #3, George Fire Station Expansion. J Christian -Stoker, Grant Integrated Services Update The Board discussed the Director's request to discontinue using the County maintenance staff and put out to bid maintenance services for their Moses Lake Facility. The Board has decided to table this item indefinitely. 2:30 p.m. — 2:50 p.m. Closed Record Public Hearing, Tim Donatelli Reasonable Use Exception The Commissioners held a Closed Record Public Hearing regarding Reasonable Use Exception application from Tim Donatelli to allow a single-family residence to be built on a 4 -acre parcel of land in the Rural Remote Zone of Grant County. The existing parcel does not meet the minimum lot size for the zone. The property is located on the east side of Rd. U SW at the intersection of Rd. U SW and Silica Rd. SW in a portion of the SW quarter of S 27, T 18N, R 23 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-0462-000. Commissioner Stevens moved to uphold the Planning Commission recommendation and approve the application as presented, recognizing the 1 Conditions of Approval and 6 Findings of Fact. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until September 14, 2010. TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 14, 2010: The session was continued at 9:oo am with all the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. 9:oo a.m. — 9:5o a.m. B Varney and D Firebaugh, 2011 Budget Discussion 1o:oo a.m. — 10:2o a.m. Closed Record Public Hearing, Robert Witte Reasonable Use Exception The Commissioners held a Closed Record Public Hearing regarding Reasonable Use Exception application from Robert Witte to allow development of an approximately .90 -acre parcel in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District of Grant County. The subject parcel does not meet the 5 -acre minimum lot size requirement for this zone as defined in GCC § 23.12, Table 2. The subject parcel is located approximately 1 mile west of Soap Lake, WA near the intersection of Rd. 20 NW and Cherry Rd. NW, and in the SE quarter of S 23, T 22 N, R 26 E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #21-1838-000). Commissioner Stevens moved to uphold the Planning Commission recommendation and approve the application as presented, recognizing the 3 Conditions of Approval and 6 Findings of Fact. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned. (Approved) Corrected New Application for Ginkgo Distillery, 22561 Rd T 7 SW, 3. Mattawa, WA 99349, from the Washington State Liquor Control Board. (Approved) SHERIFF'S OFFICE 4. Out of State travel request for Detectives Kim Cook, Matt Messer, and Ryan Rectenwald to attend the National Homicide Seminar in Kansas City, MO from October 16 — 23, 2010. L Grammer, Assessor's Office Update MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.o8o, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $1,575,970.37, $149,437.38, and $6o9,599.83, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until September 15, 2010.
