RESOLUTION No. 10- b0CC
WHEREAS, the Grant County Rural County Fund #l33 does not have an adequate level of
budget appropriation to make the following necessary expenditures:
1. Fiscal Agent Fees and Debt Payment for the General Obligation Bond used at the
Fairgrounds in the amount of $230,000.00.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing the 2010
budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to authorize
additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of August, 2010 at 10:30 am a public hearing was held in the Grant
County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a budget
appropriation in the total amount of $230,000.00 to be allocated to the 2010 budget according to the
following schedule of categories and items:
APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCING SOURCES

Re: Budget Extension
Dear Commissioners,
This memo is to request a budget extension in the amount of $230,000, this amount will be
needed for the second bond payment and associated fees. Also it will have to be determined
which fund you will be making the second payment from, the first payment was made for the
Rural County Funds, ( Fund 133).
