RESOLUTION No. 07- p 3CC
WHEREAS, the Grant County Economic Enhancement Fund # 113, Department #141
do not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to make the following necessary
expenditures:
• Fairgrounds Sewer and Water Improvements $100,000.00
• Port of Ephrata, North Lake Crossing Feasibility Study $20,000.00
City of Quincy, Work for New West Canal 570,000.00
• City of Quincy Water and Sewer Crossings $30,000.00
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2007 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of September, 2007, at 4:30 pm, a public hearing was held
in the Grant County Commissioners" Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of 5220,000.00 to be allocated to the 2007 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
