Home My WebLink AboutResolution 07-122-CCa BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS DOUGLAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF THE APPOINTMENT RESOLUTION C.E. 07-72 OF TRUSTEE OF THE NORTH CENTRAL REGIONAL LIBRARY DISTRICT WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the North Central Regional Library District and Alec McKay has applied for the position; and WHEREAS, the Douglas County Commissioners has expressed confidence in the ability and qualifications of Alec McKay to represent Douglas County on the Board of Trustees of the North Central Regional Library. WHEREAS, Alec McKay is eligible to serve a full seven year term and is willing to so serve. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Douglas County Board of Commissioners appoints Alec McKay to represent Douglas County on the Board of Trustees of the North Central Regional Library comprised of Douglas, Chelan, Grant, Ferry and Okanogan Counties said term expires December 31, 2009.
