NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE MATTER
OF ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE
SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE
YEARS 2011-2016
RESOLUTION No. 10- 09 -CC
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 36.81.12 1, Grant County is preparing
a proposed Comprehensive Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six years of 2011 -
2016, and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, that it would be in the public interest to hold a hearing on the said proposed program,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on July 27, 2010 at
2:00 P.M. in the Commissioner's Office in the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington and at that
time anyone may appear and be heard either for or against the adoption of this program.
