Home My WebLink AboutResolution 07-116-CCBOARD OF COUNTY Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION No. 07-//� -CC WHEREAS, the Miscellaneous General Government Fund does not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to make all necessary expenditures Fund #001, Department #125 - $17,800.00 to purchase Pandemic Flu Vaccines Fund #001, Department #125 - $100,000.00 for Attorney Fees relating to Insurance Claims Fund #001, Department 9125 - $29,000.00 to purchase eCivis Grants Locator software and support WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing the 2007 budget; and WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing must be held to authorize additional budget appropriations, WHEREAS, on the 29th day of August, 2007, at 11.00 am, a public hearing was held in the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a budget appropriation in the total amount of $146,800.00 be allocated to the 2007 budgets according to the following schedule of categories and items.
