The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:oo a.m. with all the Commissioners in
attendance with the Clerk of the Board.
COMMISSIONERS WORK SESSION
The Commissioners discussed the request of Grant County Animal Outreach to enter into contract for
processing and care of County animals at the Moses Lake Facility The Commissioners requested the
Clerk of the Board set a meeting with Animal Outreach representatives to discuss this issue. This is being
tabled until further information has been received.
BID OPENING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM
The Commissioners received the following bids:
Tyler Technology - $372,270.00
Diamond Municipal - $574,790 00
Agresso Software - $949,362 00
GEMS - $469,150 00
A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to turn over the bids to
Accounting for review and recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING DISTRICT COURT BUDGET EXTENSION
The Commissioners held an open record public hearing regarding a budget extension request from
District Court in the amount of $3,000 oo to purchase a DVR Security Camera System for the Moses Lake
office. Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing, Commissioner
Stevens seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Stevens moved to adopt the
budget extension as presented, Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The
hearing adjourned. (Resolution No. 07 -078 -CC)
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until June 19, 2007.

Commissioner Carter moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Commissioner Stevens seconded and the
motion passed unanimously, as presented below:

Disabilities and the Department of Social and Health Services for the Day Program.

The Commissioners signed the Call for Bids on the Bridge #425 — Crescent Bar Rd NW (CRP NO 05-03)
project and set the public hearing for July 10, 2007 at 10:3o am; and signed the Call for Bids on the Rd 3 -
NW (CRP No. 07-07) project and set the public hearing for July 10, 2007 at 1:45 pm.
BID OPENING. ROAD L -NE PROJECT
The Commissioners received two bids for the Rd L -NE Contract. Received were as follows:

Commissioner Stevens moved to turn over the bids to Public Works for their review and recommendation,
Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until June 25, 2007.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Commissioners signed the Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent
Individuals in Grant County Superior Court (Adult Felony Only): Grant County Juvenile Court and Grant
County District Court Overflow and Conflict contractors between Grant County and Mia Mendoza.
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24 o8o, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $1,220,5935o, as recorded on a listing
and made available to the Board
The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval No. o6-1 through No. o6-36
in the total amount of $238,271.41, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
The Commissioners approved and signed Resolution No. 07 -079 -CC, where the Grant County
Treasurer has advised that Grant County's portion of the PUD Privilege Tax is $1,795,753.88 and
distributing the funds as listed on the resolution.
