RESOLUTION No. 2007 - d 76 - CC
In the Matter of Initiating a County Road Project Designated as
CRP 07-14, Road 18 NE
WHEREAS, the 2007 Gravel to BST Program has been extended by the Board of County
Commissioners to include this project and has been recommended for construction by the County Road
Engineer
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Road 18 NE (from Road W NE to''/2 mile
west of Road W NE), State Road Log No 45880, MP 0 000 to MP 0 500, be improved as follows
Grade, drain, surface (BST Class A). Finished width= 26 ft. (See attached vicinity map, x -section)
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided (RCW 36.75.050, 36 80.030, 36.60.070)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriation fromthe officially adopted road fund budget and
based on the County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown.
