In the Matter of Initiating a County Road Project Designated as
CRP 07-23a, Road 31.3 NE
WHEREAS, cost share contributions in the amount of $3,776 have been collected and the project has
been recommended for construction by the County Road Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Road 31.3 NE (0.17 miles west of Moore
Rd NE to 0.29 miles west of Moore Rd NE), State Road Log No 50711, MP 0.170 to MP 0 290, be improved
as follows:
Grade, drain, surface (BST Class A). Finished width= 26ft. (See attached vicinitymap,x-section)
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as bylaw provided (RCW 36 75.050, 36 80.030, 36 60 070)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriation fromthe officially adopted road fund budget and
based on the County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
