PORTION OF A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD INTENTION TO VACATE AND
RIGHT-OF-WAY NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, considered a
certain county road right-of-way useless, and by this resolution entered upon It's minutes, declared its
Intention to vacate and abandon a certain county road nght-of-way descnbed as follows
Legal Description: THOSE PORTIONS LYING SOUTH OF LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK 11, PLAT OF
TRINIDAD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 14, RECORDS OF
GRANT COUNTY, AND THOSE PORTIONS LYING NORTH OF LOTS 13, 14, 15, AND 16, BLOCK 11, PLAT OF
TRINIDAD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 14, RECORDS OF
GRANT COUNTY ALSO KNOW AS THE ALLEYWAY INBETWEEN THESE LOT GROUPINGS
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be
given to vacating portions of certain County roads and right-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to
prepare a report on said vacation and abandonment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related
matters shall be held In the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant Count,
Washington located In the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2 OOpm, Tuesday May 15 2007
