RESOLUTION No. 07- ().29 -CC
WHEREAS, the following Grant County Offices do not have an adequate level of
budget appropriation to make all necessary expenditures:
Sheriff's Office Fund #001, Department #114 -$3,700.00 for reimbursable grant to
purchase a LIDAR Radar Unit;
Sheriff's Office Fund #105, Department #147 -$7,500.00 for remodel of built-in
workstations; and
Public Works Fund #001, Department #142 -$7,232.00 for reimbursement of tearing
down buildings and mowing a lot.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2007 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 2007, at 11:00 am, a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $18,432.00 to be allocated to the 2007 budgets
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
