RESOLUTION: NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 07- ( -CC
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND ORDERING
THE SALE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing
on its intention to declare certain county -owned property surplus and dispose of same at public
auction, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to sell surplus property at public auction to the
highest bidder for cash all equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, a listing will be available at a public hearing of equipment and merchandise
from participating County agencies that will be considered for sale, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT that a public hearing will
be held in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County at the Grant County
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 10 30 am on September 5, 2007 and anyone either for or against
these proposed actions may appear and be heard
