The issue of medical care for inmates has been an increasing cost for operation of county jails. The Board unanimously passed the resolution and directed that it be sent to each county with a request that they consider adopting a similar resolution and then send it to our U.S. Senators and their Members of Congress. If your county passes this resolution please send a copy to WSAC so we may use it in our contacts with our delegation to Congress.
