IN THE MATTER OF VACATING A RESOLUTION NO.
PORTION OF A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD INTENTION TO VACATE AND
RIGHT-OF-WAY NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, considered a
certain county road right-of-way useless, and by this resolution entered upon it's minutes, declared is
intention to vacate and abandon a certain county road nght-of-way described as follows
Legal Description: A STRIP OF LAND 40 FEET IN WIDTH IN THE SOUTH HALF SOUTHEAST
QUARTER, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 29 EAST, W.M.,
LYING WITHIN FARM UNIT 37, BLOCK 41 AND ALSO PARALLEL AND
ADJACENT TO THE NORTHERLY SIDE OFTHE NORTHERN PACIFIC
RAILWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY, AS SHOWN ON THE FARM UNIT MAP FOR
BLOCK 41, ON SHEET 9, DATED DECEMBER 28T" 1873.
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A, B, AND C
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be
given to vacating portions of certain County roads and right-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to
prepare a report on said vacation and abandonment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related
matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Gram County,
Washington located in the County Ephrata, Washington at 12'30 PM on August 29th)
