Week of December 28, 2005
The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:00 a in. with two
Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. Commissioner Allison was out of town for the
week and excused
The Commissioners approved the hire date of November 26, 2005 for Mary M. Armbrust, Jail;
and December 5, 2005 for Wayne E (Rick) Rettig, Planning.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until
December 29, 2005

The session was continued at 9.00 a.m. with Commissioners Moore and Stevens in attendance
with the Clerk of the Board.
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified
by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified
by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42 24 090, in the amount of $461,937.09, as recorded on a
listing and made available to the Board
The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval No. 12-1 through
No. 12-99 in the total amount of $164,798.95, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
The Commissioners signed the Public Works Payroll Journal for the month of December, 2005.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until
January 3, 2006.
