RESOLUTION: INCREASE EQUIPMENT BUDGET
FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL & REVOLVING FUND RESOLUTION No. 2006 -Mo -CC
IN THE MATTER OF USING EQUIPMENT RENTAL
& REVOLVING FUNDS FOR REIMBURSEMENT
TO COUNTY ROAD FOR EQUIPMENT IN ORIGINAL
CONTRACT OF QUINCY DISTRICT SHOP
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Connmssioners that the County Road
Engineer desires to spend money from the Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund, Fund 510, to reimburse the County
Road Fund for payment of Equipment in original contract for Quincy District Shop in the amounts enumerated below,
and
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase equipment budget for the purpose of equipment purchases in the amount
of $69,300 00 dollars to the Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund, Fund 510, budget for 2005
WHEREAS, there is no expenditure of funds not previously budgeted but a transfer pursuant to RCW
36.40 100 and County and State auditing procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
WA, that the following funds are authorized for expenditure
